Kristin (she/her), a native of Lancaster County, is truly a fellow traveler on the path toward self-discovery and healing. With a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Millersville University, which she earned in 2009, Kristin brings over 14 years of experience in education to her practice. She is currently pursuing her licensure after successfully passing the National Counselor’s Exam.
Kristin employs a holistic and trauma-focused approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral techniques with attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic experiencing methods. This combination allows her to help you better understand and calm your nervous system, regulate your emotional state, and integrate your past and present experiences for profound self-awareness and growth. Her primary areas of focus include:
