Jen (she/her) is a compassionate, bilingual therapist committed to helping individuals from all walks of life navigate life’s challenges. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jen offers culturally sensitive therapy to a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language and cultural barriers do not hinder the healing process. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, helping them develop the tools they need to overcome anxiety, depression, and other emotional struggles.

Jen holds an undergraduate degree from Troy University and two graduate degrees from Millersville University. She is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and is currently working toward her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation. Drawing on her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jen works with clients to identify negative thought patterns and develop practical strategies to cope with stress, improve emotional well-being, and foster personal growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Jen is a school psychologist, which gives her unique insight into the educational challenges faced by children and adolescents. Whether addressing academic issues, behavioral concerns, or emotional challenges, Jen collaborates closely with parents, educators, and students to create a holistic support system that promotes well-being and success in school and life.

With experience working with diverse populations, Jen understands the importance of cultural competence and strives to provide an inclusive environment where all clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centered, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings and work toward meaningful change.
