LINDSAY DITLOW
MSW, LSW
Licensed Social Work-Outpatient Therapist
Hi, I’m Lindsay (she/her)
I’m passionate about supporting clients in building meaningful connections through communication, understanding, and moments of reflection. My work focuses on partnering with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Grief can take many forms- not just the loss of a loved one. It might show up as a shift in identity, a change in routine, misguided expectations, a lost sense of belonging, or even a longing for what might have been. My goal is to hold space for those experiences and walk alongside you as you explore them.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and believe in showing up authentically with my clients. Together, we’ll identify your personal goals, explore what success looks like for you, and find the tools and strategies that align best with your unique journey.

Outside of time in sessions, I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and our animal crew: two dogs, two cats, a horse, and a bunny. I’m originally from Ohio and have a soft spot for a few midwestern highlights, especially a good ranch dressing! I also enjoy reading, thrifting, spending time in nature, and picking up new creative projects when I can.

I’m a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I’m trained in Level One of Natural Lifemanship, a trauma-informed model of equine-assisted therapy. My clinical interests include integrating artistic expression, nature-based practices, and animal-assisted interventions, whenever possible. My background also includes experience in community mental health, social advocacy, volunteer coordination, and nonprofit program development.
