Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. EMDR Therapy

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)

Pain Reprocessing Therapy helps retrain the brain to interpret chronic pain signals differently, reducing or even eliminating symptoms that persist after injury or illness. Through education, mindfulness, and emotional processing, clients learn to calm the body’s danger response and restore trust in their bodies. PRT is ideal for those ready to move beyond fear of pain and reconnect with their sense of safety and strength.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems therapy is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” within yourself. Instead of fighting against inner conflict, IFS helps you listen to each part’s story with curiosity and care. This process fosters self-acceptance, emotional balance, and greater harmony between the protective and wounded aspects of your inner world.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals manage intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and make more mindful choices. Rooted in both acceptance and change, DBT teaches practical skills in four key areas: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy is designed to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen emotional bonds and repair disconnection. Grounded in attachment theory, EFT helps you identify the underlying needs and emotions that drive conflict or distance in relationships. With your therapist’s guidance, you’ll learn new ways to communicate, respond with empathy, and create a deeper sense of trust and security.
