Billing Specialist & Office Manager

I am a Billing Specialist with experience in optical, orthopedic, mental health, and behavioral health settings. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of insurance billing processes and the unique challenges that come with navigating different payer systems across specialties. I enjoy the problem-solving side of billing and take pride in helping practices stay organized, efficient, and financially healthy.

I value clear communication, consistency, and dependable partnerships, and I strive to be someone teams can rely on. I approach my work with attention to detail and persistence, believing that billing works best when it’s handled thoughtfully and transparently. Supporting providers behind the scenes so they can focus more fully on client care is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking (minus the clean-up), experimenting in the kitchen, and trying to recreate favorite store-bought items at home. I’m also an enthusiastic nail polish collector with a collection of around 500 bottles and counting, and I love swatching new shades. If my life had a title, it would probably be “We Have That at Home.”
