Nicole (she/her) is a Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy to individuals and couples navigating a wide range of relational and emotional challenges. She specializes in trauma informed care and Emotionally Focused Therapy, supporting clients in healing from trauma, rebuilding trust, and fostering emotional safety within themselves and their relationships.

Drawing on both extensive life experience and advanced clinical training, Nicole brings warmth, insight, and authenticity to her work. She has a particular passion for working with couples, both jointly and individually, allowing her to understand relational dynamics from a systemic perspective and support meaningful, lasting change. Her clinical interests include relational distress, intimacy and sexuality concerns, parenting challenges, autism spectrum support, grief and loss, and addictions. Grounded in EFT and Narrative Therapy, Nicole tailors treatment to meet clients where they are, honoring each client’s unique story and goals.

Nicole earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her graduate training included intensive clinical residencies where she refined therapeutic micro skills under the mentorship of experienced clinicians and received focused training in trauma treatment, addictions counseling, grief work, sex therapy, and EFT. She is a strong advocate for sex positive, inclusive therapy and is deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples in developing healthy sexuality, secure attachment, and authentic connection.

Nicole’s personal experiences with trauma, both her own and her children’s, have shaped her deep commitment to walking alongside clients in their healing journeys. She believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, adaptive, and grounded in trust, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
